Therapy is a unique and powerful space to change our perspectives and open ourselves up to what is possible. So many of us go through our day to day lives without feeling seen or understood. Often this creates traps inside our intimate and interpersonal relationships, and it can make us feel alone in a crowd. Work with me to bridge that gap while together we develop the tools for you to feel confident digging deeper into your self understanding. This leads to showing up for yourself with deep presence and authenticity in all of your relationships.
